• Essay review for summer programs (up to 2 programs/2 sessions are included); additional essay reviews will be charged extra per session

Video Sessions

• Video sessions with the student (1 session with parent(s)/caretaker)

• Duration: 45 min each

• Total Sessions: Up to 4 sessions included (2 more sessions if summer program essay assistance is needed)

• Timeframe: About 4 months

Additional Counselor Time

• Counselor Internal Time: 2-4 hours dedicated to internal reviews and preparation (could be more based on the # of essays needed)

• In-depth research and personalized college recommendation list (up to 12 colleges are included UC or UT systems are considered one college system. Additional colleges are charged extra)

• Activities list brainstorming, review, and editing

• College application guidance and schedule management

• Guidance for Early Decision and Early Action applications when applicable.

• UC Personal Insight Question brainstorming, review, and editing**

• Common App Essay brainstorming, review, and editing***

• Supplemental Essay brainstorming, review, and editing****

• Final college application review 

• Guidance on FAFSA/ CSS profile application form (It’s the parents' and students' responsibility to apply)

• College interview preparation (if required)

• College admittance decision guidance (if needed)

Video Sessions

  • Timeframe: About 7 months

Additional Counselor Time

• Counselor Internal Time: Upto 15 hours for internal reviews and preparation

Notes:

** This starts in the summer before the senior year, usually in July, and should be completed before the Thanksgiving break (if applying to UCs).

*** Preparation begins in the summer before the senior year, usually in July. Target minimum 2 weeks before the deadline for ED1, REA/EA - usually Nov 1.

**** Preparation begins after colleges have released their supplemental essay prompts, usually in July /August.
